Service Description
Designed for active teens, the Active Restore Treatment at Kolby Wellness Center offers 60 minutes of recovery. A 30-minute therapeutic massage helps ease sports-related tension, while a 30-minute targeted facial clears acne and balances youthful skin. This treatment provides essential care for both the body and complexion, leaving teens feeling refreshed and restored.
Cancellation Policy
Respecting Your Appointment Time Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure availability for all clients and to honor the time set aside for your care, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Frequent Rescheduling Clients who cancel or reschedule three consecutive appointments may be required to prepay or leave a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. Excessive rescheduling may result in restrictions on future appointment scheduling. Thank you for helping us create a reliable, respectful experience for every client who entrusts us with their care.
